My son James, started doing Clutch After-school in GANS in senior infants.

He was absolutely hooked after his first class. He looks forward every week to Tuesday when basketball is on. The coaches are great, and they really promote teamwork between the kids, often when I’m collecting I can hear them cheering each-other on, or see them high fiving eachother.
James has gotten so much enjoyment out of it, that he has also joined the Clutch academy which is on the weekends. Even though he didn’t know any kids up there at the time, the coaches provide such a welcoming atmosphere that he instantly was at ease. He comes home now and wants to practise the moves he learnt, and is constantly looking forward to the next basketball session.
James is an only child, so I think it’s really important to build friendships, practise teamwork and sportsmanship and grow in confidence and Clutch has definitely provided a safe space for all this.
